Other Details to Note

If you are bringing your lovely pet with you, please note the following: 1. At the moment, we only permit 1 dog. 2. We also charge a refundable deposit of $200. This will be refunded after we finish cleaning the cabin at the end of your visit. Some of your deposits might be held back if any pet-related damage is found. 3. We charge $25 per night for a pet fee. Please note that you will be automatically charged for the first two nights when you book. The fee for the remainder of the stay will be requested later, along with the deposit. For example, if your total stay is for 5 nights, $50 will be automatically charged for the first two nights, and you will receive a request for $75 for the remaining 3 nights and another $200 for the refundable deposit after your booking is confirmed. Please let us know after you complete your booking so that we can send you a request for the pet fee and pet deposit. The request will be made via Airbnb. We are requesting the pet not to get on the couch or bed as it's extremely difficult to remove pet hair, the cleaning fee will be deducted if it happens. - Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we will let you know on the day itself if it is available. - Please be considerate of neighbors and do not put garbage in their trash cans! You can leave any trash in the trash cans we provide indoors. - Please note that loud parties and unauthorized guests aren't allowed! - Please shoes off the property we provide slippers NOTE: Please note that this is one of a set of two rental units in the building. They are both private units that do not share any common space, but if the upstairs unit is rented out, the sounds from it might carry over downstairs. Likewise, please be mindful about keeping the noise down in your unit. You may also hear occasional water sounds between the two units. We do provide earplugs for the noises you may hear during your stay. Please DO NOT ATTEMPT to open the locked door. It is the connecting door to the upstairs unit which is also an Airbnb. Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Besides some spillover from the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood next door, there are a good number of restaurants and you're close to other neighborhoods with more excitement. It also has easy access to major highways which makes getting around (or out of) the city fairly simple. Central District is bordered on the north by Capitol Hill and Madison Valley, on the east by Madrona and Leschi, on the south by Atlantic, and on the west by the International District and First Hill.

Guest Access

Please come to the left of the building and find the studio entrance with a brown doormat. Street parking but it's not hard to find! Well suited for summer events and World Cup 2026 guests due to A/C, parking, and easy stadium access.

Had such a great stay here! The space was super clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still felt peaceful and easy to relax in. The host was really responsive and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Loved the little details throughout the place, you can tell they really care about the guest experience. I felt comfortable the entire time and would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Seattle. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cute, easy, no-stress stay ✨

Our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. The only challenge we had was the street parking was full and we had to park around the block. A nice quiet neighborhood.

This is a nice, cozy, quiet and clean place to stay for a weekend getaway to Seattle. It was very clean and could walk (a couple of miles to the Seattle Art Museum) or if weather not great, can easily take the bus (which is what we did). Parking is easy and free on the street. Mish was great with all communication. :-)
