Other Details to Note

- We do not provide firewoods, but you can easily get them in stores nearby. - Between November 1 and May 1, all vehicles in Mount Rainier National Park are required to carry tire chains. This requirement applies to all vehicle types in all weather and road conditions. - For people who might not be familiar with the baseboard heater, you turn right until you hear a click, which means it goes over the current temperature and it will start warming up. - If you are bringing your lovely pet with you, please note the following: 1. At the moment, we only permit 1 dog. 2. We also charge a refundable deposit of $200. This will be refunded after we finish cleaning the cabin at the end of your visit. Some of your deposits might be held back if any pet-related damage is found. 3. We charge $50 per night for a pet fee. Please note that you will be automatically charged for the first two nights when you book. The fee for the remainder of the stay will be requested later, along with the deposit. For example, if your total stay is for 5 nights, $100 will be automatically charged for the first two nights, and you will receive a request for $150 for the remaining 3 nights and another $200 for the refundable deposit after your booking is confirmed. Please let us know after you complete your booking so that we can send you a request for the pet fee and pet deposit. The request will be made via Airbnb. We are requesting the pet not to get on the couch or bed as it's extremely difficult to remove pet hair, the cleaning fee will be deducted if it happens.

The cabin was so cozy and cute. It was the perfect location for a little staycation. Mish was a great host. She was responsive, friendly, and proactive in her communications. Nothing went wrong during our trip, but I believe that she would have done anything to help if we had needed assistance. Ashford is a charming, rural, mountain town extremely close to Rainier National Park. Definitely, would stay again.

This cabin was perfect for our quick getaway to Mt. Rainier! It is homey, quiet, and has all of the things needed for a comfortable stay! The location is amazing: only 10 minutes from the Nisqually Entrance! We loved our time here and would definitely return!

The relaxing weekend away we were hoping for and desperately needed! We booked this trip as a way to unwind and reset after a busy holiday season. It was everything we had hoped it would be. Upon arriving we learned that a recent storm had interrupted the internet service. Immediately upon informing our host, she went right into troubleshooting and investigating the issue. Meanwhile, we had brought along our blue ray player and loads of our favorite movies, that along with trails to hike, the hot tub and board games, we never ran out of things to do. Even though we didn't have a desperate need to be connected, Mish continued to provide us with updates and checked in on multiple occasions to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we could need. The home was clean and comfortable. We also brought along our German Shephard, who was excited to enjoy her first trip to the mountains, she absolutely loved it too! The wood stove kept us cozy and warm our entire stay.
